Hi, I am Jennifer Genova-

How exciting to think we are leaving for Honduras in 11 days! What a journey we each have already been on. I have always admired fellow Christians that seemed to really know what path God was leading them on. When we as a church first started talking about a mission trip to Honduras I told myself that I couldn't or wouldn't make this decision without putting it in front of the Lord. Well, here I am! For the first time in my life I feel like I asked what His will was for my life, listened and am following through. Actually more that He is following through, this has only been possible with His help. With the help of many of you as well, I became fully funded, one thing that seemed so overwhelming.

Sometime ago I read a verse that I had read quite a few times before but it struck me in a different place. That verse is Matthew 28:19, "Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." When we began discussions about Honduras and our role there this verse kept coming back to me. All the nations need to hear about the gift of everlasting life and how excited I am to be sharing with those in Honduras. What a gift we have to share!
